A gory accident left three people dead and 10 other passengers degree of injuries at Fetegya, a suburb of Mim in the Asunafo North Municipality of the Ahafo Region on Tuesday March 7.
The accident happened when the driver of a KIA Rhino truck with registration number AS 1955 X, loaded with lumber lost control and fell into a ditch, with the vehicle summersaulting.
The dead and the injured were all sitting in the basket of the truck, and the bodies of the deceased had since been deposited at the Goaso Government Hospital for preservation, while the injured are recuperating at the Life Care and the Ahmadiya Hospitals at Mom.
A bystander told Sky News the accident happened at the outskirt of the Mim Township.
Police at Mim had since visited the accident scene.
